'The Evil in Good' is not the only movie my friends and I have created as a passion project, we have made two others prior to the release of 'The Evil in Good' in December of 2019. 'Clownface' was released in December of 2017 and 'The Most Dangerous Game' was one year prior in June of 2016. All were shown at a private screening to friends and family in a movie theater, and then released onto YouTube and other social medias for those who could not make it to the release party.

Objective

The objective in post production of these films were to create a poster or group of posters that tell a story but doesn't give all the answers, by incorporating silhouettes in both 'The Evil in Good' and 'Clownface' movie posters I think we successfully did that. These were then used for printing to be put in frames for advertising purposes and also used digitally to help promoted the movie, all designs were eventually uploaded to IMDb as the official movie poster.

Inspiration

The movie poster was inspired by two rather important shots in the film, as you can see above the two main characters are fighting which inspired the angle and shape of the silhouettes. They are then surrounded by a silver and red ring, although those colors are not necessarily the colors of the ring in the film it really makes the whole poster pop.

The Evil in Good

Join CC (Carter Luedtke), Oliver (Andrew Ringate), Paul (Andrew Legatt), and Caleb (Matt McCullough) as they are hired to complete various jobs for corrupted Captain Renato (Mikhail Jagunich) in his search for a long lost family item. The group is presented the opportunity to join others on a week long tour of an isolated property hosted by Dan Bell (Elijah O’Sullivan). Some use the tour as a means of escape and vacation, while others use it as a path to revenge.
